Kay Benson Akhigbe II is an international speaker who has graced diverse kinds of platforms.
As an educator, teacher and advocate for women, youths and children, Kay addresses critical issues affecting individuals in the areas of purposeful living, relationship and love dynamics, healing hurting hearts, celebrating recovery and other psychological issues that enhance the social and spiritual development of our society.
She is the Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO) of Living Your Dreams Initiative (LYDi) and Executive Producer and Host of Living Your Dreams with Kay.
A weekly youth development television program that focuses on family matters and relationships. Her passion is to see the transformation of individual members of a family unit, which will ultimately transform the nation. Her activities in youth development seminars are therefore not surprising.
The Living Your Dreams Conferences and Campaign (LYDCAC) draws more than 5,000 conference participants. She is very passionate about the youths of our nation and believes that young people needs support and guidance in facing the challenges of today as well as emerging ones.
“Mama Kay” as she is fondly called, advocates for young people to be engaged in addressing societal problems. She and her team of child advocates and experienced specialists run advocacy and child welfare projects in Edo State that protect the rights of vulnerable children.

She is also one of the key facilitators in Adullam school of Business & Leadership (ASBL)
a leadership and business forum under Adullam Manifest Consulting that is involved in grooming the globe with sincere efforts to help alleviate poverty, social injustice and gangsterism. She bagged an honors degree in English and Literature from the prestigious University of Benin. She is married to Benson Akhigbe II, with whom she has a beautiful son, and together they are the Lead Pastors of Firm Foundation International, a fast growing movement raising leaders for global transformation.
